Our Story
Our Roots
New Carpati Farm is named after the Carpathian Mountains in Eastern Europe where Steve’s Dad Miki grew up. Miki Schwartz’ earliest memories include riding on a horse and wagon to the informal farmers market in Beregsasz to sell fruit and horseradish and more.
